LOST Revisited 6-9 “Ab Aeterno”

Isabella appears in the hold. She tells him that they’re both dead, and that here she has looked into the eyes of the devil. She goes up the stairs, and is apparently killed instantly by Smokey. We know better, but Richard doesn’t. He’s just watched his wife die for the second time.
