As ever, the new episode of Lost provoked a week of debate, theorizing, and active fretting. I swear, if I wore pearls, I’d be clutching at them. So, while we’re buzzing with anticipation for the coming episode, it’s time to take a look at some of the ideas and suggestions that have popped up since last week.
A lot of people ganged up on me this week, including spunkybuddies Julie, Sara, and Sam. When I wrote about Rousseau’s faceoff with her husband, I clearly cast Rousseau as the crazy one. I think now I might have been hasty in that, thanks to the wise counsel of the aforementioned buddies. In my defense, since Rousseau spent the first few seasons stealing babies and shooting people with arrows, it’s easy to point the finger at her when somebody in the room has gone crazy.
