Dogen told Jack that the pill would only work if he gave it to Sayid. We know now that it was poison, so does that mean Dogen and Lennon weren’t willing to kill a candidate? And remember that Justin tried to talk Aldo out of shooting Jin by saying “He might be one of them”? Do the Temple dwellers know the specifics of the list, and are they not able to harm them?
