On the Island, Juliet really wants Sawyer to talk about his feelings. That’s a futile endeavor right there. And then Sawyer notices that Juliet’s started to bleed. Yikes! She’s been on the Island for a couple of years, so she has seniority over the Lostaways. (And Faraday’s comparative health would mean he’s actually new to the Island, or else he’s so lost in time at this point that this is just a drop in the bucket.) That’s when they notice the crash wreckage. The crash wreckage that’s clearly labeled in French.
