Just like in the old days, we open with the close-up of an eyeball. It’s Jack, and he’s apparently on the Island again. (Wearing a suit that looks similar to what he wore in the pilot, I might add.) He’s got a torn bit of paper that simply says “I wish”, and Hurley’s yelling in the distance.
Hurley and a guitar case are thrashing about in the water, and Jack saves the day. Then they find an unconscious Kate on the rocks, and it’s pretty clear we’re back on the Island.
