From the scant detail provided by Entertainment Weekly, all I can deduce is that SCDP has an office in the Time & Life Building in Manhattan but there’s still a lot of smoke & mirrors at play, which seems appropriate for the Ad Game. In 1963 (or 1964), the industry still has a tremendous air of cool surrounding it, and guys like Don and Roger would know how to exploit that to give the illusion that they are doing better than they really are in their new venture. Seems like the perfect way for them to repair their ailing reationship.
