Well, since Myndi nailed all the major beats of the episode (and in style, I might add), I’m just going to bring up a couple of things.
I tend to overlook him, since Sal has a habit of dropping out of ongoing storylines for episodes at a time, but Bryan Batt has been fantastic in this role since the beginning, and he’s absolutely killing it this season. I really liked the way that his demonstration of the ad for Kitty wasn’t campy and overblown – it was the way he did it without a trace of self-consciousness. Just think, that was probably the happiest that Kitty has ever seen him. That was heartbreaking all around, and poor Sal has no clue what he’s in for.
