–Man, I love Professor Impossible. He’s such a dick, and it’s hilarious. And here’s something that I really adore about this scene – not only does Brock step in front of Hank, but Doc steps in front of Brock. It’s Brock’s job to protect the boys, but Doc is in there too. And it’s more amazing when you later learn that Hank is a clone that they can replace if anything happens. I think this scene is the genesis for Season Four’s “Assisted Suicide”, where we see just how much guilt Doc feels for the death of each and every clone. Even if he’s got a bunch more stowed way, these are still his sons, and when the chips are down, Doc is going to protect them. Doc went and became a complex character when nobody was looking!
