–We still don’t know what’s wrong with Doc – on the first viewing, I assumed he was injured in 21’s attack, but that’s not actually made explicit. The pins in his arm are from Season 2’s “Victor. Echo. November.”, when Billy reattached it. I love the bit where Billy’s using House’s whiteboard, and also that Billy and White are both hooked on the show. Sadly, “lupus” is not a listed on the whiteboard, but they did include that other House standby, Lyme Disease. Dean’s diagnosis of “lazy face” might actually point to a stroke, which is Billy’s main theory. Man, poor Doc is messed up. And the shrink ray returns! It had previously been unsuccessfully used in “Escape to the House of Mummies, Part 2”, and successfully in last season’s “Handsome Ransom”.
