Dr. Mrs. The Monarch heads to the Henchman Bar, where 21 buys her a drink. Or perhaps it’s the ghost of 24, who’s urging 21 to go talk to her. (He also berates 21 for not finding his real killers.) She has a proposition for 21 – if he brings in Dr. Venture (to take Monarch’s mind off the Butter-Glider), she’ll try and get him an upgrade to his Hench-suit.
