Venture Brothers – The Diving Bell vs the Butter-Glider

–Back in Season One’s “Past Tense”, we learned that Doc Venture, Brock, Pete White, Baron Underbheit, and the Monarch all went to college together. (Later we learned that Dr. Girlfriend attended the school, Professor Impossible and Phantom Limb were faculty members, and Billy went undercover.) In that same episode, they also established that Pete hosted a radio show called “The White Room”. It’s kind of blowing my mind that Monarch doesn’t recognize those two, and I think this actually is the first time they’ve ever had a scene together. If you’d asked me a week ago if they’d met on camera I would have said yes, but I don’t actually think it’s ever happened. They were all at the yard sale in “Tag Sale, You’re It!”, but there was a lot going on. Man, these guys are keeping track of their continuity like crazy!
