EJ: When was this season actually shot? How long before the Race began did you know that you’d been accepted?
MARK: Can’t really talk about that too much I don’t think. I can say we had about 5 weeks to really prepare.
BILL: We started working out a bit before we heard for sure. We figured it couldn’t hurt, and if we made it, then it would really help to have started early.
EJ: Was this the first time that you’ve applied for the show?
MARK: Nope. We’d been trying out for ten years!
